Alegra Benardete was born in 1970 in Istanbul. In her pursuit of capturing the colors of communication in every field, she has worked in various companies in the field of public relations. She served as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at SANIVA and SERVUS Computer Companies. Additionally, she held the same position at a company partnered with HITACHI DATA Systems.

In 2006, she embarked on a personal journey. Opening herself to Deeksha and Divine Light energies, she also practiced healing as a REIKI Master. During this journey, she completed training with Dr. Judith Kravitz, founder of the Transformational Breath® Foundation (TBF), whom she met in 2008. Throughout this process, she had the opportunity to work with many valuable guides and personal development schools. She encountered many wonderful mentors who facilitated her path at RADIA Development and Darga Academy.

She received her Level 1 & 2 training in Acutonics® (Sound Healing) from the Kairos Institute in the USA under Ron La Place and currently organizes breath and sound healing workshops.

During her journey of self-discovery, in 2016, Alegra Benardete launched the ALEGRIA brand inspired by an inner vision and produced her perfume named XVII. This personal initiative enhanced her creativity and motivation, allowing her to gain experience in the perfumery industry as well.

She organizes both corporate and individual workshops. Alegra has brought together all her work under the Breathful Life Awareness Workshop and Breathful Life Awareness Games Workshop. She also conducts Sacred Geometry Purification sessions and workshops. Through the valuable experiences she has gained on this journey, she guides her clients in uncovering their inner potential by teaching them to breathe correctly. She continues to offer the keys to managing difficult processes with ease and to living in balance and harmony with the new world through new perspectives.
