Aylin Uğur Akyol

Hello! I’m Aylin. I’ve been working as a yoga instructor for nearly 10 years. Before stepping into the world of yoga, I worked in the corporate sector for a short time, but soon realized that path wasn’t for me. This realization led me to yoga, which has profoundly transformed my life.

For me, yoga is not just a form of exercise—it’s a way of life that builds a bridge between my body and soul and adds depth to my personal development. Sharing the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained on this transformative journey, and helping others make a positive shift in their own lives, is my greatest motivation.

My journey as a yoga instructor began with training in Hatha yoga. To deepen my expertise, I pursued a three-year yoga therapy program at the Faculty of Sports, Charles University. I also specialized in hormone yoga therapy, developing tailored practices for individuals dealing with hormonal imbalances.

In my classes, I aim to create a space where participants can better understand their bodies and minds. I especially prioritize guiding them in coping with challenges like stress and anxiety. By offering more personalized and impactful experiences, I support my students in their own yoga journeys.

I’ve also written a book about the connection between our emotions and our bodies, exploring yoga and Eastern techniques used to understand and support this connection. The book shares ways to enhance emotional health and body awareness through yoga.

My yoga practice has greatly contributed to my mental development and life energy. Accompanying and inspiring my participants on their personal paths brings me immense joy. If you’d like to share in this experience, I’d be happy to take new steps with you on this journey.
