STRUCTURE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM

The training content consists of main modules, which are detailed in the weekly schedule. Before and after the training, a PERCEPTION SHIFT EXERCISE is conducted, and the differences are evaluated. The modules can be scheduled over different time periods depending on needs. Main topics:

  • Business management and shaping the future


MODULE 1: SELF-LEADERSHIP – Self-Awareness

  • Focus on the process of self-perception and self-awareness of leaders

  • Integration of personal goals with organizational goals; strengths, weaknesses, skills, motivations, and behaviors
