Hilal Enginar has extensive experience in healthcare management both internationally and within Turkey. She completed her education in Hospital Administration in New York and pursued her entire academic and professional career in the United States. During her tenure as an Executive at a medical center affiliated with Cornell University, she strengthened her expertise by obtaining certifications in Leadership and Geriatric Care Management.

In 2018, Hilal Enginar returned to Turkey and served as the International Patient Services Manager at Acıbadem Healthcare Group for four years. Since then, she has been actively working professionally in both Turkey and the United States, maintaining ongoing collaboration on the integration of global best practices in healthcare. Over the past two years, she has been actively engaged in health tourism and project management, focusing on integrating global healthcare standards into innovative initiatives.

Alongside her professional career, Hilal continues to expand her knowledge in the field of neuroscience, pursuing it both as a personal interest and as a continuous learning process.
