While we raise Turkish companies in Europe to global standards, we focus on social benefits through projects that create added value for society.
Turgut Akyol was born in 1960 in Eskişehir, Turkey. He completed his secondary and high school education in 1978 at Robert College in Istanbul. He then studied for a year at the Boğaziçi University Faculty of Electrical Engineering, before transferring to Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine, from which he graduated in 1985. His educational journey did not end there; he continued with studies in International Business at Istanbul University’s Institute of Business Economics.
Since 1982, despite some interruptions, he has been actively involved in professional tourist guiding, and he continues his work in this field as a member of the Advisory Board of the Istanbul Guides’ Chamber (İRO). His deep interest in history and mysterious, lesser-known topics has always driven him toward research and learning.
During his medical studies, he married his Czech wife in 1981, and since 1990, he has been living in Prague. Their long-standing marriage has been enriched by two daughters. From 1990 to 2008, he was heavily involved in business, after which he took a new direction by pursuing education in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. He also trained in medical hypnosis, developing expertise in this field.
Currently, he continues his work as a licensed expert in Traditional and Complementary Medicine recognized by the Turkish Ministry of Health, and he is a certified member of the European Society of Hypnosis (ESH), a branch of the World Hypnosis Organization.
Turgut Akyol believes that knowledge is true power, and considers any day that passes without gaining new knowledge or experience to be a lost day.
